It is through
tutoring that we are able to focus on specific problems of individual learners.
Individual attention helps to identify the crux of the issues for each
individual. Such individual challenges are then addressed in the materials we
write, the documentation that we produce, the courses that we teach and the
projects that we engage ourselves in. It is by this means that we can reach the whole universe.
As slow as such a
process will take, as powerful though it is, because it amounts to comprehensive
support for each individual.
We seek to
inspire
to engage, and to
do so appropriately, effectively and efficiently.

Learners,
students and scholars alike each needs to engage their emotional intelligence in
many (if not all) engagements in our world.

By affording our learners individual attention, for a
reasonably substantial period, we ensure that we have a person that has been
engaged with quality service: individualised attention!
