Tutored mathematics in South African Institute of Race Relations Saturday

Currently I am coordinating the SAASTA Saturday classes for the Western
Cape.
- EXTRA-MURAL ACTIVITIES
- Facilitator for learners to participate in the SAIIA Quiz (2000 to date).
- Organized a drama club that took part in:
- Metropolitan Drama Festival at Nico Malan Centre,
- Musi-active at Baxter theatre.
- Prepared the school choir for a music competition.
- Arts and culture coordinator at school.
- Initiated and Anticrime programme at school, in a process of receiving
funding; focusing of learners using drugs and school, learners who are
involved in criminal activities, learners with family problems
- Treasure of the school.
- PROFFESIONAL ACTIVITIES
- Member or Realist Mathematics in South Africa(1997 – 1999)
- Presented workshops for educators locally and nationally.
- Have published articles for Pythagoras.
- 1996 – 1999 AMESA Western Cape Council member.
- Organising committee member for AMESA national congress and Western Cape
congresses.
- 1998 – 1999 Senior Phase Committee member
- Facilitated cluster meeting for the grade nine MLMMS educators.
